Hello,

As we are all currently working together as a community to stay healthy and safe, I wanted to reach out to you about COVID-19 as it relates to the health and safety of all of you and PMI.

As of 11:59PM March 27th Governor Tim Walz issued a STAY AT HOME order. In response to Governor Walz order today, we will be making the following changes.

PMI will have someone in the office as needed, while the rest of us work from home. You may contact us by Email, KWestergard.pmi@gmail.com

For the safety of our maintenance staff, we have asked that they not perform maintenance inside tenant spaces.

We will be relying on the expertise of the CDC and local health officials across the country to determine when the building and office are re-opened. Until that time, we are committed to protecting the health and well being of all our customers and friends.

As the situation surrounding Covid-19 continues to evolve, we want to assure you that we are here to support you.

We have 8 one bedroom units (3 different layouts) and 7 studio apartments.

We are a smoke-free building. No exception!

We have an on-site caretaker, laundry, and off-street parking.

Rubbish, water, heat, and parking are included.
